All refunds must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds only apply to items purchased through nic-s.com. If a NIC-S product was purchased through a third-party retailer, requests must be made through the third-party retailer where the product was purchased. To request a refund on an item purchased on nic-s.com. Please email customer service at hello@nic-s.com.

Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your request to process your refund or store credit. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
